This unique Enrollment Management specialization is the only specialization program that leads to both a master's degree and a professional certificate in Enrollment Management from Noel-Levitz, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in higher education recruitment and retention. The curriculum focuses on effective enrollment management, student retention, marketing strategies, technology applications, and strategic enrollment planning. You will have an opportunity to immediately apply your new skills to real-world higher education demands by creating and implementing an enrollment management strategic plan. People who choose this specialization are often professional student services staff interested in advancing to higher education management or leadership positions in enrollment, financial aid, admissions, student affairs, and registrar departments.
