Post-Master’s Certificate in Enrollment Management
In today's competitive recruiting environment, colleges and universities need professionals who can help maintain strong enrollments. This certificate is designed for postsecondary administrators and staff who want to take the lead in enrollment management. It is offered in association with Noel-Levitz®, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in higher education recruitment and retention. Upon successful completion, you also receive a Noel-Levitz enrollment management certificate. Courses cover management skills, such as effective marketing techniques, strategic planning, leveraging the latest technologies, and understanding regulatory parameters. Through focused scholarship, prepare yourself for mid- or executive-level positions in admissions, financial aid, academic advising, or student support. Certificate credits earned can be applied to either of two Capella doctoral specializations in the School of Education: Leadership for Higher Education or Professional Studies in Education.
Residency Requirements: One two-day residential colloquium (ED-R8010).
