Prepare for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations. Offered together with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®), the Capella certification preparation exam course utilizes the SHRM Learning System™, designed by subject matter experts, and includes discussion questions, application exercises, and module exams to develop specific HR competencies.
