This master's specialization in General Organizational Development offers a multi-disciplinary, practitioner approach to organizations and systems, emphasizing a consultative, process-oriented methodology. Based on the competencies outlined by leading organizations in the organizational development field, the curriculum includes current theory and best practices in such areas as organizational systems and dynamics, process consultation, assessments and interventions, and talent management and motivation.
