General Leadership specialization
Position yourself to fill the impending need for strong corporate and organizational leaders as many of today's leaders plan for retirement. This online master's specialization in Leadership emphasizes current and emerging leadership theories, best practices, skills, and tools used to enable organizational innovation, creativity, and change in complex work environments. You will develop your ability to achieve enterprise-wide engagement through collaboration and cooperation; virtual environments and new media; talent development; sustainability; and ethics and social responsibility. At strategic points in your program, you will work with a leadership coach who will help you assess and develop your leadership skills, facilitate the transfer of your academic knowledge into workplace settings, and prepare yourself for leadership longevity.
