PHR/SPHR Certification Exam Preparation Course

Prepare for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations. Offered together with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®), the Capella certification preparation exam course utilizes the SHRM Learning System™, designed by subject matter experts, and includes discussion questions, application exercises, and module exams to develop specific HR competencies. The course materials assist you in preparing for the PHR or SPHR certification exams administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

The fully online, 10-week course covers specific topics in six primary areas:

• Employee and labor relations
• Risk management
